STRUCTURED LITERACY – OVERVIEW – JUNE 2O23
Teachers at Albert College participated in a live 2 day workshop – Structured Literacy Overview.
We looked at the “Science of Reading” and current research, introduced and defined some important terms and concepts that are critical to the scientific study of language and its structure, explored some common myths about the English language, and outlined the elements of Structured Literacy.
